SHIPPING POLICY

Production time
Please allow 2 to 6 weeks from the day you order for your piece to be produced and shipped. The current window is also shown on each product page.

Shipping
We ship within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

If your order is delayed
If your order can't ship within the window shown when you ordered, we'll email you before that date with a new ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, email us within 7 days of the carrier's delivery date (or expected delivery date, for lost packages) and we'll replace your order or refund it. Without Shipping Protection, once the carrier marks a package delivered, we can't replace it, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Address changes
Check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 24 hours of ordering. We can't redirect packages after they ship.
